Ingredients
- ยฝ cup maple syrup, agave, date syrup
- ยผ cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups Old fashioned rolled oats
- ยผ cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- ยผ cup raw almonds, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Prepare your baking tray with silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Add maple syrup and cocoa powder and stir until combined. Add the remaining ingredients, combine well. Spread on cooking sheet and pat down. I like to keep it together so I will get nice nuggets. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to completely cool then break up into chunks and store in an air tight container.
- I love mine with vegan soy yogurt and fruit.
