Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Prepare your baking tray with silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Add maple syrup and cocoa powder and stir until combined. Add the remaining ingredients, combine well. Spread on cooking sheet and pat down. I like to keep it together so I will get nice nuggets. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to completely cool then break up into chunks and store in an air tight container.
  • I love mine with vegan soy yogurt and fruit.
