- 1 spoon
- 1 frother
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add milk to mason. Add the cocoa powder and I use a milk frother to blend the cocoa powder in.
- Add the chia seeds and stir. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then stir again to incorporate and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
