- 12 apples, peeled and chopped
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup water, apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Peel and chop apples. I like to leave on some of the skin on but it's personally preference.
- In a bowl combine the oats, spices and maple syrup.
- Spread topping over the apples. Bake for 45 mins or until your apples are tender.
