Creamy Garlic Cilantro Dressing

Although this creamy garlic cilantro dressing has no oil in it it gets its creaminess from silken tofu! That’s right silken tofu is one of my favorite ingredients to use when I want something thick and creamy. Not only does it add protein to your dressing the options are endless. Fresh garlic make this dressing great for salads or pasta or to toss your cooked vegetables into.

Now there is cilantro in this recipe so if your not a cilantro fan, I’m sorry, you can substitute parsley and another herb if you prefer, basil would also be great in this.

You can have this as a dip, don’t add as much water, or thin it out for salad dressing, it’s also amazing over your favorite taco, burrito or pita sandwich.

Just a few simple ingredients and numerous uses.
