- 1 block Extra firm tofu
- 3 tbsp white miso
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
