- 2 tsp Dijon mustard more if you prefer
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp celery seed (optional)
Instructions
- In your food processor or with box grater, grate the carrots and cabbage.
- Add carrots and cabbage to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients to make the vinaigrette.
