Instructions
In your food processor or with box grater, grate the carrots and cabbage.
Add carrots and cabbage to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients to make the vinaigrette.
Toss the vinaigrette with the grated vegetables to combine. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Stores well in the fridge for several days and gets better and better
