Vegan Chicken Tofu Cold Cuts

  • 1 pkg Extra Firm or Super Firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp No chicken Bouillon
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients except for tofu.
  • Using a sharp knife or wide vegetable peeler, slice tofu into thin slices. Put you tofu slices into a flat container and pour the marinade over. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes or over night.
