Using a sharp knife or wide vegetable peeler, slice tofu into thin slices. Put you tofu slices into a flat container and pour the marinade over. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes or over night.
Take your baking pan and line with silicone mat or parchment paper. Add the tofu into single layer and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, turn over and drizzle leftover marinade on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
Bake until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
