Instructions
 

  • Cover the baking sheet with silicone baking sheet.
  • Pit the dates and arrange them 5 in a row and have them touching each other. Continue to line them 5 wide and 5 down, to make a square. Cover with plastic wrap. Using a flat bottom cup press the dates together and flatten.
  • Remove plastic wrap and spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates.
  • Add chocolate chips to microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stir and repeat until they are melted. Spread evenly over the peanut butter and sprinkle with flaked salt and top with chopped peanuts.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer. Cut and enjoy. Store in the fridge in an air tight container
