Cover the baking sheet with silicone baking sheet.
Pit the dates and arrange them 5 in a row and have them touching each other. Continue to line them 5 wide and 5 down, to make a square. Cover with plastic wrap. Using a flat bottom cup press the dates together and flatten.
Remove plastic wrap and spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates.
Add chocolate chips to microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stir and repeat until they are melted. Spread evenly over the peanut butter and sprinkle with flaked salt and top with chopped peanuts.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer. Cut and enjoy. Store in the fridge in an air tight container
