Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger or fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 cup water, tamari/soy sauce, rice vinegar and the garlic powder and ginger.
- Bring to a gentle boil. In a small bowl add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water to make a slurry.
