  • In a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 cup water, tamari/soy sauce, rice vinegar and the garlic powder and ginger.
  • Bring to a gentle boil. In a small bowl add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water to make a slurry.
  • Add the slurry to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens. Store in the fridge.
