- 3 tbps date sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Drain tofu. Zest and juice lemon.
- Add all ingredients in the blender, and blend until silky smooth.
- Pour into your ramekins and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
