Ingredients

Mori-Nu extra firm silken tofu

lemons, zested and juiced

date sugar

maple syrup
pinch of salt
Instructions
Drain tofu. Zest and juice lemon.
Add all ingredients in the blender, and blend until silky smooth.
Pour into your ramekins and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve with vegan whip topping. I love adding crushed gingerbread cookies or vegan graham cookies on the bottom.
