- 1 12 oz frozen riced cauliflower, thawed
- 1 12 oz frozen broccoli, thawed and cut into bite size pieces

- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2-3/4 cup salsa, hot, mild or medium(your preference
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add shredded potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower rice, taco seasoning and start with 1/2 cup of salsa. Add the cheese sauce and combine well. If you prefer this saucier add more salsa. There is no wrong way to make this.
- Pour into baking dish and back for 35 minutes or until brown and bubbling.
