Instructions
Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add shredded potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower rice, taco seasoning and start with 1/2 cup of salsa. Add the cheese sauce and combine well. If you prefer this saucier add more salsa. There is no wrong way to make this.
Pour into baking dish and back for 35 minutes or until brown and bubbling.
Serve as side dish, breakfast or supper. This is a 50/50 plate if you follow the Starch Solution.
