Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Air fryer should be preheated to 350 degrees F.
- Oven instructions- put cooling rack on top of baking tray. Microwave have a plate with parchment paper.
- Using your mandoline, slice zucchini thin and add to your bowl. Pour Dill Pickle juice on top and allow to marinade for 30 mins or more.
- Cook in oven, microwave or air fryer. I preferred the microwave.
