Hasselback Butternut Squash

  • 1 butternut squash
  • ¼ cup "No Chicken" or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground chipotle
  • ¼ tsp ground sage
  • sage leaves

Instructions
 

  • For the Hasselback butternut squash. Peel the squash and cut in half, length wise and using a spoon scoop out the seeds.
