granulated garlic or garlic powder

oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In casserole dish add all ingredients. Stir well. Cover with lid or tin foil. Bake 45 minutes. If using brown rice you will need to bake for 60 minutes and you may need to add more broth.
Top with avocado, cilantro and green onions(optional)
