Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1/4-1/2 cup vegan broth
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp sweet and spicy mustard
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Remove the other leaves of the cauliflower and wash and dry well.
  • In a bowl combined the remaining ingredients to make the coating.
