pumpkin puree(not pie filling)

cornstarch or arrowroot

vanilla

pumpkin spice blend or the following

brown sugar

favorite bread, sourdough or Texas toast or
Italian works great
Pumpkin Spice Blend

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

ground ginger
Instructions
In a shallow dish, whisk together plant based milk, pumpkin puree, cornstarch, brown sugar, vanilla and spice blend.
Preheat non stick pan or griddle to medium high.
Dip the bread on each side and add to your griddle. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with pecans, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and powdered sugar and vegan whipped cream or coconut whip
