Preheat oven to 225F. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place all the ingredients except for the TVP and bring to a boil. Once it boils, remove from heat and add the TVP and combine until the liquid is absorbed.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for a few minutes and shake them. Bake until they are crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to burn. Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
