Add all ingredients except the TVP to a blender, blend until smooth.
Add the mixture to a sauce pan and heat mixture until it comes to a simmer.
Add the TVP. Mix well and allow TVP to absorb in the sauce. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. You can add vegetable stock or water if mixture gets too thick.
You can use your chorizo in a tofu scramble, tacos or to add spice for next potato dish.
