- 1 cup Old fashion oats
- 2 cups unsweetened plant milk
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder or cocao powder
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- ¼ cup dair free dark chocolate chunks or chips
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch salt
Additional Toppings
- Banana
- Chocolate Chunks
- Coconut Yogurt
- Hazelnut butter or Nut Butter
- Roasted Nuts
In a sauce pan, combine the oatmeal, plant based milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee and half of the chocolate chips or chunks
Bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add the maple syrup and add toppings and enjoy.
