almond butter or nut butter

cocoa powder

apple sauce

vanilla

oat flour

vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare your loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato, maple syrup, nut butter, applesauce and vanilla until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, oat flour and salt until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Save a few for the top.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Spread the batter evenly.
Bake the brownies for 26-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow brownies to complete cool in the loaf pan. Remove from pan and cut into squares.
Store in airtight container in the fridge for a week, if they last that long
