Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole raw almonds
  • 2 cups raw pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup raw brazil nuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup aquafaba, whipped
  • 1 ½ tsp flaked salt or kosher salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper(or your preferred heat level)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • In a bowl, which the aquafaba until soft peaks. Toss in the nuts and fold until well coated.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine and coat the nuts.
  • Transfer to the baking sheet and spread mixture evenly. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven and toss and return to oven for another 5-10 minutes until bown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
