  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp harissa
  • ½ lemon, juiced(about 2 tbsps)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the blender except for the water. Blend well, add water 1 tbsp spoon at a time until you get the consistency you wish.
  • This dressing will firm up in the fridge and you can just add water again and blend to thin it out.
