  • If you don't have left over stewed apples, simply peel and chop apples and add to a medium pot. Add the water and cinnamon to the apples and cook on medium high for 20 minutes until tender.(I love to use this for overnights oats)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spread your stewed apples between your baking dishes.
  • In a bowl add the oats, cinnamon, applesauce and the pecans. Stir to combine and then top the apples.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Nice Cream and enjoy
