russet potatoes, washed
Salt and Pepper or favorite seasoning
Instructions
Wash and dry potatoes. Using mandoline slice potatoes thin.
Soak the potato slices in cold water to remove some of the starch.
Toss in the spices of your choice, salt, pepper, garlic, onion
Spread the potato slices on your microwave safe dish and microwave and microwave for 5- 8 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave.
Turn the slices every couple of minutes until lightly brown. Remove from microwave and allow to set up which will help the chips crisp up. Enjoy
