  • 2 medium russet potatoes, washed
  • Salt and Pepper or favorite seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry potatoes. Using mandoline slice potatoes thin.
  • Soak the potato slices in cold water to remove some of the starch.
  • Toss in the spices of your choice, salt, pepper, garlic, onion
  • Spread the potato slices on your microwave safe dish and microwave and microwave for 5- 8 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave.
  • Turn the slices every couple of minutes until lightly brown. Remove from microwave and allow to set up which will help the chips crisp up. Enjoy
