Add water to a pot and water saute the onions and green peppers until soft, approximately 4-5 mins
Add the garlic and cook an additional minute. Add the water, stock and lentils. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer an additional 10-15 mins.Serve on buns and Enjoy!
