  • Peel potatoes, chop and put in pot, fill with water just above the potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Drain, mash potatoes. Add plant-based milk and garlic. Allow to cool.
  • Once cooled preheat waffle maker. When waffle maker is ready add the mash potatoes on the waffle maker and close the top and rotate it and put mash potatoes on the second side and close top.
  • Once the waffle light goes on, remove and enjoy.
