  • Mash banana well so there are no lumps left, if you want a smooth pudding.
  • In a large pot, add the banana, milk and cornstarch and whisk together. Turn heat to medium high. Continue to whisk constantly as mixture thickens. Approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  • Pour into raminkens and chill for several hours or overnight.
  • To serve, add slices of banana and sprinkle with vegan sugar or coconut sugar and brulee. Enjoy
