lemon, juiced (2-3 tbsp)

medium beet, cooked (approx 1 cup)

aquafaba

cloves
garlic, minced
Instructions
In the food process add the chickpeas, tahini, beets, salt and 2 tbsp of aquafaba. Process for several minute until smooth, Add additional tablespoon of aquafaba until you get the consistency you prefer.
Serve with crackers or crudites.
