Healthy Maple Pecan Granola Bars – Plant-Based, Oil-Free & Gluten-Free!

Equipment

  • 1 8 x 8 baking pan
  • 1 Cuisart Food Processor
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 silicone spatula
  • 1 parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup dates, pitted
  • cups pecans, toasted
  • cup maple syrup
  • Optional- dried fruit or seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare baking pan with parchment.
  • In the food processor add the dates and process to break them down.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process until you have a soft dough. You may need to add water to help it come together.
  • Transfer to your prepared pan and evenly spread mixture out. Allow to chill for an hour or two and they are ready to eat.
