Healthy Maple Pecan Granola Bars – Plant-Based, Oil-Free & Gluten-Free!

1 Cuisart Food Processor
1 measuring cups
1 silicone spatula
1 parchment paper
- 2 cups quick oats
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds
- ½ cup dates, pitted
- ⅔ cups pecans, toasted
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- Optional- dried fruit or seeds
Prepare baking pan with parchment.
In the food processor add the dates and process to break them down.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until you have a soft dough. You may need to add water to help it come together.
Transfer to your prepared pan and evenly spread mixture out. Allow to chill for an hour or two and they are ready to eat.
