Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare baking tray with silicone mat or parchment paper.
In the food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Roll into balls and flatten and place on silicone baking mat.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
You can always add chocolate chips or melt chocolate and dip cookies.
