Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl add dry ingredients.
  • In vitamix add chickpeas and milk and blend until smooth. Add date paste and blend.
  • Pour wet into dry and mix until combined well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Check at 30 minutes and if a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack.
