Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 1/2-1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • ½ white onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients. Combine in bowl and squeeze with the juice of one lime and season with salt.
  • Depending on how spicy you like it, use half - 1 jalapeno.
  • Allow to sit in the fridge for a couple of hours and then enjoy. Stays well in fridge for several days.
