black salt(kala namak) (optional)

chopped dill pickle or capers(optional)
Instructions
Drain Tofu, and press to remove some of the excess liquid about 5 minutes.
Chop or crumble your tofu into a bowl. I like doing half chopped in blocks and half crumbled for the best texture.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Adjust your seasoning and add salt and pepper.
To make your sandwich use your favorite bread. I really like a fluffy white bread for this because it is nostalgic for me.
