Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare you baking dish with a spray of non stick spray or parchment paper. I don't find my dish sticks so I don't grease it.
In a small bowl, make your flax egg was mixing 1 tbsp of ground flax seed with 3 tablespoons of water and sent aside for 5-10 minutes.
To a large bowl, add the bananas and mash them(the riper the better) add cocoa, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add in the non dairy milk and combine well. Add in the oats and continue to mix. Transfer mixture to your prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if using.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If you are using a smaller or larger baking dish you may have to adjust the time.
I love having this for breakfast or dessert. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter or chocolate sauce and fruit!!
