Chocolate Sweet Potato Pudding

1 Cuisart Food Processor
1 silicone spatula
1 measuring cups
- 1-2 cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4-1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup plant based milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup(optional if you like it sweeter)
- 1 tsp cinnamon(optional)
If you don't have sweet potatoes cooked. Place sweet potatoes on parchment paper or silpat and bake at 400 degrees F for 30-60 minutes until soft.
Take cooled potatoes and add to food processor and then add the remaining ingredients. Process in food processor. You may need to add some plant based milk a little at a time to get the consistency you prefer.
Chill and serve
