Preheat 350 degrees F. Prepare baking pan with silicone mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash bananas, add nut butter and combine well. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla and oatmeal.
Using cookie scoop, transfer to your baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on the side of scoop you used.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
I love switching up the flavors using different extracts and adding seeds and nuts. You can also add vegan protein powder to make them high in protein.
