  • 1 Silicone mat
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 cookies scoop

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 cups quick cook oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat 350 degrees F. Prepare baking pan with silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas, add nut butter and combine well. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla and oatmeal.
  • Using cookie scoop, transfer to your baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on the side of scoop you used.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • I love switching up the flavors using different extracts and adding seeds and nuts. You can also add vegan protein powder to make them high in protein.
