- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chai seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¾ cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 honeycrisp apple, diced
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and combine.
Add your wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Add diced apples and combine and add to your baking pan. Evenly distribute the apples and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Remove and enjoy, great with maple syrup on it or even a drizzle of nut butter.
