Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F or oven to 400 degree F.
Dry pickle spears or slices on power towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
In a shallow dish, combine the panko and the spices and mix well.
In a separate container, whip the aquafaba until almost soft peaks but stiff enough to adhere to the pickles.
Dip the pickle into the aquafaba to coat and then into the dry mixture. Keep one hand for wet and one hand for dry to make it easier.
Once the Air fryer is preheated for 2 minutes, add the pickles and cook until golden brown which is usually about 7 minutes, but check after about 5 minutes and give them a shake. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until brown. Serve with vegan ranch dip
