  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour or gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar(white, brown or coconut)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix the peanut butter and sugar until well blended
  • Mix in the vanilla. Add in the dry ingredients, your dough will be dry. Slow add in water a little at a time until you have a firm dough
  • Take 2 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball and place on prepared cookie sheet. Then using a fork, make cross hatch marks.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until brown, allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
