In a large bowl, mash banana and add remaining wet ingredients, vanilla, nut butter, plant based milk and maple syrup. Combine well.
Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over mix or you will have tough donuts.
Prepare you donut molds. I’m using silicone and I don’t grease mine but you can spray yours. Using either two spoons, or pastry bag, fill the donut mold. Make sure the batter is dispersed equally.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon together and set aside
Dip each donut and enjoy
Chocolate Glaze
Add chocolate chips to microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds and stir each time until melted and add splash of milk to thin out.
