Ingredients
  

  • 12 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
  • cup water, apple juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Peel and chop apples. I like to leave on some of the skin on but it's personally preference.
  • In a bowl combine the oats, spices and maple syrup.
  • Spread topping over the apples. Bake for 45 mins or until your apples are tender.
